Before you start

Questions families usually ask

Short answers so you know what to expect.

How quickly can home healthcare visits begin?

Usually within 24 to 48 hours following physician order verification. If transitioning directly from a hospital or rehab facility, our intake team coordinates with the discharge planner for smooth day-one support.

Do I need a doctor’s referral before calling?

No. You do not need paperwork in hand before speaking with us. We work directly with your primary care physician, specialist, or hospital discharge team to obtain any required clinical orders.

Will we see consistent, familiar caregivers?

We aim for the same nurses, therapists, and aides whenever we can. Familiar faces make visits easier for everyone.

What should we have ready for the first conversation?

Having insurance cards, your doctor’s name, and a brief idea of the help needed at home is plenty. Our clinician handles the full in-home assessment and safety walkthrough.
